This is not really an Angular template, all the featured plugins and functionality are all jQuery. Shame as the design is really nice, the actual styling is great. Too many problems with this to risk using in production unfortunately.

Code quality is bad. The way the author wrote each admin panel variety to be interdependent makes it a nightmare to customize.
