Three times I've given the theme designer the opportunity to address issues with his theme. I have all email exchanges and will be happy to share them with Envato.1. Theme comes bundled with WPbakery. One has to wonder if it's a legitimate license because it can't be activated from the theme. After several weeks passed from the time I asked for support, author claimed to have updated the plugin. When it STILL didn't work, he sent me a zipped copy.2. If the theme stays open in a browser window for too long, it becomes unstable, 'shakes' and nonsense text multiplies across the screen. Even after providing screenshots from multiple computers and connections, author's response: "we think that's not a big deal."2. There's a section in the theme theme with no obvious way to alter or edit. Turns out you have to edit an obscure file and can't edit it within the theme. Who knew!3. Theme uses a custom post type for a portfolio. According to the theme's documentation, there should be fields for video URL, post type (image, video, etc.) Those aren't actually there in the theme, which reduced the functionality of the portfolio. Author response: "Our template is a template for many themes. So (the theme documentation) is just a reference."I find his support and attitude unacceptable. Further, they potentially violate Themeforest's TOS which states: "Authors are expected to keep the item in good working order, working as described." Unibel fails on both these points.Unfortunately I'm stuck with the theme because we're working with a deadline and the design has been approved. But now I plan to hire a third party developer to fix the issues the theme author either can't or see's no need to.

I just purchased this theme today (April 22, 2018) and I can’t find where to change the VG Banner fonts. VG Banner 1, to be exact, but the other banners also are not clear in the editing. Can you give me some direction?

Hi, I have an issue with the VG Item Slider- the owl-controls (left and right arrows for advancing the carousel) both appear way at the right of the screen rather than on either side of the slides. So the problem is with post grid, it show up in preview page wp bakery page builder, but it doesn’t show up after i publish it.
