You get a template but it's still hard to customize when you're not experienced or a coder, though you can ask support and they're very patient. I would suggest more broad explanation to help novice people, maybe suggest them to study certain WordPress info

Over five stars should I have the option to give more stars! From the beginning, the look of the design is more than aesthetic. I bet on the theme, and I bought. I have not had more than praise for this excellent design, perfect coding, good documentation, easy to install and easy to customize. Moreover, the support is top notch. A great support that has been there when I need it. I totally recommend it. I have been with Themeforest for over five years, never have seen such a perfect work.

I never used a site building software quite as intensive as this. I'm new to wordpress but so far, I am building a pretty cool web site. Technical support is also very responsive and has help me considerably. I feel It won't take me long to get the feel of using this theme and become a pro.

The theme is awesome, my only "complaint" is your tutorial videos on YouTube are frenetic!
I've never seen such fast videos, especially when you're trying to show someone how to do anything... You seriously need to slow them down - a lot!

Okay -- I'm doing a complete overhaul of my website in 2020 and chose MagPlus to build it out. I'm not going to lie, there were a couple of bugs along the way and a little bit of a learning curve, but Tanvir, my representative, literally fixed everything I asked. He worked for about two hours and just kept knocking everything out that I needed. 5 Stars!

I love everything about this theme. But what I like most is the customer support. Help came fast and I was able to resolve some small issues I have on this theme (just bought this 2 weeks ago so I'm still exploring it). Didn't regret I bought this! :)

I did a lot of research prior to selecting a theme for my project, wanting to be sure that the theme I used would be visually appealing - but also well designed, and with limited reliance on external plugins.I decided to go with MagPlus, and am quite happy I did. The theme functionality works quite well on its own, and most sites will be very easy to setup with the built in options. I needed some "pointing in the right direction" to work out some custom functionality I wanted to add into my implementation of the theme, and the developer was extremely quick to respond to my ticket with some quick information that led to a solution. Very pleased with the theme and the support.

This thing is jam packed! I got lucky - this being my first theme choice ever on my first site ever. Kudos to theme_bubble for the outstanding quality. I can only imagine how much work was put into all of this.One slight downside was having to purchase yellow pencil pro (optional) rather it being free but it actually turned out to be a good thing as it is a great plug-in and worth the purchase also.I definitely recommend purchasing this and would definitely have paid more if I had to. Thanks again!

These guys are the best! The theme is super attractive and easy to use. If you do have any questions, they will help you solve the problem and get your site looking great! I really recommend the theme, it´s very flexible and customization are easy without coding, using yellowcake for example.

Im really happy with the theme. My clients love it and I love it too. Customer support is outstanding - I have contacted the support team multiple times and they always help me rapidly. There has been a new update today - including some plugins regarding cache and speed and so far I have to say I am very satisfied with the speed. The theme got much quicker to load which now makes the theme superb. The support theme even helped me reinstall the theme. Overall I am very satisfied.

I had a problem with the theme and the developer was very well educated and solved the problems, he even solved something that was not even related to the theme.
About the theme I only have watches, it is very fast mainly for mobile devices, so it makes a big difference for who wants to get first in Google.
As I said, so far every time I had problems I was very well attended and all problems were solved.
I am currently in the latest version of the theme and everything is working smoothly.
I only get compliments about the theme, the developer and the support.
