Do you have any intentions of updating this theme, or have you discontinued updates? The theme is not compatible with newer versions of WordPress or the latest versions of WPBakery.

1. Does it have top menu?
2. Does it have color options? Like on theme options there is an option picker to change color without coding with CSS?

@author, well I don’t think the color picker on theme options works! and when i set custom font option to “on” the website crashes and shows a blank page! This must be a bug on your theme I think. My support expired but this is a bug issue..
