I purchased this theme from you guys a week ago and paid for the 1 day installation. The host (godaddy) says all is good on there side. The installer is having problems with the Revolution slider. Please see below Hello. They’re wrong. The theme is fully setup and all the plugins are imported, but the import process of the “Revolution slider” plugin requires the ZipArchive extension to be enabled. There’s nothing wrong with the theme / plugin or the installation, but it’s related to your host’s settings. The plugin is a very popular one and it works fine on 99% of the hosts. There’s nothing I can do on my side. You can try contacting the theme author if you’re sure the issue is not coming from your host, I only use the files and info provided by the theme author, I’m not the author of that theme / plugin and therefore can’t offer much assistance regarding to their code.
