Hi! Ever since many months (more than a year now), the theme flashes white (especially on scroll) and sometimes pages get completely white on Firefox. This is an issue happening only on Firefox. I have tried to update the theme and all plugins, but the issue remains. Do you know what the issue might be?

Please help me for this theme. I can not import demo data from your theme. That I used Gameplan – Sample Data plugin but it show about this photo. Please advice me. Thank you

Is this theme still supported and will it be getting an update at any point soon? Latest events do not seem to work well with Tribe anymore and there are outdated sliders etc

The update got completely squirrely and I had to start with a brand new DB install and opted for a different theme.

Morning, the mobile menu keeps defaulting to a random page in the menu instead of showing the home pages selected. www.trisport.co.za As example it currently highlight the “Adventure” menu items instead of the “home” menu items when expanded. Is there a setting to counter this?

Could you please provide the update to the JS Composer plugin 6.7 to be compatible with the latest WP update. Is the Gameplan version customised or are you using the standard JS Composer without modification?

Hi, can any of the menu’s fit more than a few items? After adding more than 4 links it bleeds on to the page. Also each page has a random banner image that I cant seem to change, and the any addition to the footer displays vertically and not horizontal. A lot of issues and somewhat let down. Any help is appreciated.

Is this theme (versions 1.5.18 and 1.6.4) compatible with PHP 7.3 and PHP 7.4? Also is it compatible with WP version 5.7?

I have just downloaded this for an updated version but it’s only this child theme .zip included in theme files? Them very old too, are you not updating this?

A good theme so far, but if you're trying to make your site look like their demo, it won't work without a bunch of extra work. At least, it didn't for me.The image sample data doesn't seem to be up-to-date and the import data.xml has links to their old URL. In addition, links to events, etc, don't link to the page on the new site, or, custom URL should be relative URL -but they have absolute old URLs instead.

There is a major bug in this theme about the Calendar. It simply doesn't show in mobile. This is not related to the plugin or the configuration but definitively related to the theme itself the crew know it. After many discussions with them it is still there. They first said it will be fixed in the next update, that was in November 2018. Few months later they said they was working on it, then that they forget to fix it, than it will be fixed in the next few days, then that it is now a priority for the développer... But after almost 1 year of BS the bug is still there and no fix at the horizon. Really deceiving attitude from a team with a theme that has great potential. I do not recommand that buy at all. If you ever find a bug in it they will never fix it.

Hi, There is a bug with the event calendar display on mobile with this theme. I opened a ticket about this in November (Ticket #1793726). In January George replied that the developer was about to release a fix in the next following days.We are now on June and it is not fixed yet. I send you a message Monday to get an update and to know if the fix for that is in the theme update you just released, you didn’t replied. Why is it so long to have this bug fixed?

I feel cheated. I purchased the theme and it is horrible. It is not working the way Demo is working. We are trying to implement "Event Plugin"(recommended by them) without which theme is incomplete, is not working. Contact form plugin also was not getting implimented. Many bugs in the theme and it is not compatible with the plugins. Not tested properly. No support and it is a nightmare for us. Strongly appeal - "Do Not Waste Money".

Why don’t you reply to the ticket I have in your system for 1 year? You never fixed the bug I mentioned even if you said multiple times that you will, and now you don’t reply to me and even don’t reply to the Envato author team. I bought that theme and even bought support extension after it has expired to have this bug fix one year ago. Why all this? Why don’t you just don’t fix the bug with the calendar display on mobile?

I've been using this theme for about a year and have found it to be exactly as advertised. I'm proud of the site I was able to build with it. And, except for one design issue that came about after a theme upgrade (which I can't seem to figure out how to fix) ... I have no regrets for this purchase, whatsoever!

I built my fitness website using this theme as the backbone. After completing everything the website was hacked and targeted by phishing scam (a third party was using my website to try and steal other people's cc information). I had to hire a professional to go into all of the back end coding to find the problem. The hacker's used a very simple method of hacking called a MySQL injection and it was possible to recreate this same hack throughout all of the themes backend. It took a longtime to plug all of the holes something I could not do without the outside help of professionals. This is not a safe product if you are planning on running anything other than a blog.
