I downloaded the theme but this is not the same that the live preview. For example the slider is not the same among other differences (images are not included and I know it). How can I get what I pay for?

Hello, my problem is same with jserrano35, I downloaded files, also bebas font but site is not same with preview, for example there is no arrow-left.png and arrow-right.png files in the downloaded file, slider is not same even if I put these files also, I will send an email with screenshot
