This is an amazing theme, very clear, simple, and mainly very easy to work with. I've struggled for month with another theme where everything was sort of hidden and almost impossible to change without any coding (and I don't mean CSS). I finally decided to change for Kathy thinking it would be more or less the same but it was closer to what I wanted, and I am so grateful to realise that not only it's beautiful but it is EASY and Possible to make changes with no notions of coding. Not to mention the help on line which is fantastic for their help, kindness and courtesy. I highly recommend it.

​Im not able to display any Youtube video, Im not sure what is happening. When I use Vimeo everything looks nice. Could you please assist me on this? I search for documentation and tickets and there isn’t any example of how this suppose to work using Youtube, you just use Vimeo. Is the video URL, the embed code?

Hi, the theme is working well with wp 5.9? After activation and installation of the required plugins the customizer is not working here. I get a dozen of errors and the only field which appear is the widgets-option. So I cant use it. May be you can check this and fix this, please? Regards, r.

Stunning theme and looks great, IF you what you see in the live Demo is what you want. Sadly in regards to customising the theme and adapting elements to your preference especially in my position was very difficult.Creating pages was my biggest blocker surrounding this theme, where to duplicate some of the existing elements is not possible.

Love the theme but the support is shocking? Left two tickets, one over a week ago, with no reply to either of them! Is support even live for this theme? If not, I’d like some money back if possible!

Hi, i bought your template and sent you a ticket, but I still ahve no answer. It’s a little urgent, so if you read my coment first, I will copy-paste the ticket: I want to have my main menu look like kathy’s (projects on the right side menu, and 3 or 4 categories on the left). i was able to create my right side menu, but then everything went wrong. I created a ’’projects’’ category in my right menu, and I created 3-4 portfolio categories that now appear on my left side, but they appear empty! I would like to have a list of images that take me to each of my projects from different categories. I suspect that each of my porjects should be cerated as single portfolios, and then link them to a category, but after doing this, it doesn’t work… Thanks for your help

I’m thinking about purchasing this theme. Just wondering if I can change the image size when in slideshow. They seem to be too small.

Since this is an old problem which occured when I bought the theme, I hope, you would help me out here. Your last fix in 2019 was even about it: I have installed Kathy over a year ago and then I stopped working on it, because I could not add any pictures over the gallery-button in a single portfolio item. The gallery is not showing any items to add. If I check my mediafiles over the backend of WP they are all there. I really want to fix that now. maybe you can help me with it? Thank you very much.
