Hello, I keep receiving the error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” when I go to the individual pages to update with my information.

So many compliments for this theme but they only allow one main reason. The theme is outstanding and it's really easy to work with. The customer support is hands down the best I've experienced with any theme I've ever purchased. I am very happy with everything this theme provided, and the support was always on point. Not the short one line replies like, "Did you deactivate all your plugins?". Love the theme and will be purchasing it again to use for another site. Thank you!

Hi, I just purchased you theme “Red Seal on Jan 16th 2022. I am having several issues. The first one is that I can’t access any of the block elements or sections that came with the theme. When I try to create a new page using WP Bakery, it doesn’t give me an option to use any of the sections or blocks and elements that come with the theme. The other issue is I am unable to access the widgets you have one the left side bar of the pages. When I go to widgets it empty so there is no way to edit them. For example, on the services page the template is set to “Sidebar – Left child pages”, I would like to keep it like this but I also need to be able to edit the info in the widgets on the left side bar. Also you can see that the button in the side bar on the services page is messed up it is split in half. It is like this on all the page that use the “Sidebar – Left child pages”. Can you please help me fix this ASAP? Thank you in advance. Regards, Mia

Hello! First, I absolutely LOVE the RedSeal theme – it is exactly what I have needed and I’m pretty jazzed to get it all set up. I read the documentation and have looked online but cannot find an answer to a burning question I have. Is it possible for me to do customizations quicker/more efficiently than going through each page one by one? Are there any global settings I am missing that would populate customizations throughout? (ie – update the phone number in one area and have that applied throughout the theme. Find and Replace Red Seal Notary with my business name, etc.). I appreciate any tips, tricks, or direction you may be able to provide. Thank you! Heather

Hello, If you want to modify (or delete) Google Maps API key, it can be done at WP admin -> Theme Options -> Misc -> Google Maps API Key. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/dMLLk6M.png But if you’ve installed Google ReCaptcha service, it’s probably installed using a 3rd-party plugin (which doesn’t ship with RedSeal), so in that case unfortunately we can’t help much… Thanks, ~ Dragan, CreatopusThemes team.

1. I am having problems with the footer. I edited the simple footer in the editor. Then under customize I select simple footer and the edited version does not appear. I deleted the other sample footers from the editor and the edited footer still doesn’t appear? 2. Cart: How to remove Search, Recent Posts, Recent Comments? 3. Can the add to cart buttons be shown without the price? Just “Add to cart”? 4. In the Custom Heading box, It wont paragraph break? I tried as well and nothing is working?

I have not installed it yet however, a beautiful design that does not look cheap at all and has most, if not all, of the services I will be offering......Great job!

Dear Author / Support I know i sounds idiot. regarding google rechacha, i was able to inptu site key before. Now i decide not to use. Now, i am not able to locate where to input this site key / or remove Pls. advise
