I bought this theme and I have been unable to install the demo - V1. Anytime I do, I get the message database unavailable. I have cleaned out the database and started afresh several times and still nothing. I have sent a message to support but I am yet to get a response. It is quite frustrating because I have a theme that I cannot use and my website is stalling. Trying to recreate the Home Page but it is not the same. Why can't I just install the demo and leverage on that? Can someone please respond to this as soon as possible please? It is really upsetting!

Nice design, quite easy for a beginner to use. Good support through tickets on the support site. Responsive theme, has some learndash support, so some things work well that are broken in other themes. Highly Recommend

Our support license expired. Need help ASAP. Video URLs all say “Video unavailable” even though the URL we past in is a functioning URL. The guys at cactusthemes are really helpful with any doubts you have. This is a massive plus. The theme is also great. I'm really happy I went with the decision to go for University.

I cannot get access to support. The support site does not accept any logins so can't request help... this review is my only means of communication.Support site says: "It is noted that we will take some days off for our LUNAR NEW YEAR from January 26th, 2017 to February 1st, 2017. Our support will be back to normal on Wednesday - February 2nd. Tickets will be addressed slower than normal. We have small support sessions during the holiday to solve critical cases."Regardless, I can't submit anything for you to look at when you do return.This theme, while I like it, does not integrate with LMS as we thought it would do. It doesn't manage LMS but adds function along side it. It doesn't integrate with Event Espresso or manage 1 LMS course (it creates its own course details and not derive them from LMS), or run multiple dates in different locations. We were unable to determine any of this until we had installed the theme.We would like to be refunded for the theme, please. Happy to remove this rating once refunded... or even give a higher rating with what is good about it. It is GOOD but not for what we require.Thanks, Peter

I see mention of compatibility with a couple builders, but Elementor is left out. I know elementor in theory should be compatible with almost all themes, but I’m wondering if you can confirm that this would work on a site built on elementor. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thanks.

Eveything is perfect and fine in the theme. It works great and the support is great. The only point is the documentation. It would be great to have some videos on how to sep up some basic things.

Hands down the most comprehensive and feature rich theme I have had the pleasure to work with. It's a steal at $59!!! Divi is my second best theme but this is laser focused on edu and has all the features you need and has fantastic customization capability. Should be in every WordPress consultants toolbox.

I've been working with this theme for almost a month now and I'm very satisfied with it, i've been able to do everything I needed with it, easily. I only came up with one small issue, contacted support, and they were amazing helping me out.

Latest update made it a little better. Still there are functions that is quite complicated in the setup. I prefer the swift builder instead

Does not adopt the theme changes across all of the pages. Does not replace the front page picture when changing to a different nav style. doesnt use native learndash but imposes its own plugins so now there are 3 locations for product info: learndash, woocommerce, and university. crazy. causes repeated session kick out requiring sign into WP every couple of seconds. miserable theme.

Could be more flexible and customizable, but design quality is pretty good. Documentation is good as well.

I love the design quality of this theme, as well as it functionality. It didn't fit what I was looking for. However, I took it back to its original theme and used it so develop and sell single courses. Originally, I wanted to create plans, but it was not capable of doing that. I found another theme that would do that LearnDash.

Recently I am testing to upgrade the woocommerce from an older version (3.9.2) to latest version for my site using your university theme. Everything seems fine, but only the Cart page css might be messed up which did not display the cart items well, the information is misaligned, the table header is “auto-responsive”. P.S. Do Not Think Twice About buying this theme.I have been a Themeforest member for over 5 years and have purchased over 200 Themes. The University - Education, Event and Course Theme by Cactusthemes is great to work with and the support is 2nd to none. Keep up the great work.

Great theme, fast support, lots of features to choose from. The extra plugins, don't come prepacked with the theme zip file, but are in the documentation file. Handy to know this.

..sorry but that does not work for me. It is not even possible to transmit tickets without an active support code. That means there are bugs in the theme and it is for example not compatible with woocommercs and german language. And if you see it as compatbile and multilanguage theme don't offer me to translate it by hand!

Customer support is meant to be nearly impossible. Any place where you have to create a login in order to just ask about updating old third-party plugins is just asking for a terrible review. Of course, a lot of this comes from having outdated plugins that cannot be updated until the authors release them. I understand that the agreement is that the plugin is wrapped around the theme but for goodness sake, communicate with the people who use your theme. Some of these have not been updated in months leaving us in the dark. Please contemplate an easier way to give your users the needed updates and communicate to them more frequently.

Child theme produces many errors, marketing site overrates functionality, support website is nigh impossible to login. Very disappointed. $59 down the drain. Tried to contact Themeforest previously and remember that being a difficult process that I wasted my time pursuing. Will live and learn.

absolutely no correct functionality with Visual Composer whatsoever leaving me to manually input VC Shortcode and fumble through, causality is no doubt a conflict between plugins and/or the not up to date version provided with the software, seriously not good enough
