Almost all the above, the theme add a function to compile the css files EVERY time one page was loaded. So my global css file was a new one for each time a visitor changed a page. RIDICULOUS.The support system is down all the time, and they provided an email address, a month went by a not a simple response. I posted the same issue on the support system (when it was up) on 30 January, do you know when did they answer? Never...Also the code quality is not the best, i understand that the theme is to be used as it is but it's so complicated to understand their line of thinking when they developed this.I really cannot recommend this theme to anyone, it's kinda sad

not fantastic. support doesn't seem to get where my difficulties are and give quite generic responses. I don't think changing an image equates to customizing a theme.
