hello , can you confirm if your theme is compatible with magento version 2.3.5-P2? we have been using this theme for over 1 year , and need to update our magento installation in order for other addons to work. do you support this version and how can i obtain upgrade files for this theme?

Regarding the Filter Menu that pops out from the side: Every time I click an option, the menu closes. Is there a way to set it so that you can check multiple filters without the menu closing?

Hi before i buy i need to know if i can install your theme using plesk or magento admin panel, thats the only access i have to the server

We purchased Moza theme looking at the front-end design, which we liked a lot, however the integration process and support is terrible from the provider. Many features in MOZA theme do not work and whenever we mentioned this to Moza Support, they asked for additional money for support or to fix an identified bug. Here are a few points which as left with a bad taste:1. The theme is not Magento CE 2.3.x ready. When asked when the support will be available, there has been no clear answer. However they asked for additional money to make it compatible! Ideally our experience with other theme providers is different. Typically update is provided with support for new core version.2. Some major functionalities in MOZA theme are broken. Magento comes with the functionality of varying price for configurable products. And on front-end, when the configuration (like size, colour) is changed, the displayed product price also gets changed accordingly. This is default behaviour in Magento. This theme broke that functionality and the price does not change when configuration is changed in product details page, in front end. This is a major bug. When we asked them to fix it, they asked for additional money!I do not put such matters as comments / reviews for public as it effects business and reputation of theme developers. But we have been in contact with MOZA theme developers and seemingly will get support only if we pay them over and above theme fee (please note that we are still in 6-month support period and we are asking for standard Magento features)! I am very disappointed by this experience.

Hi, I am unable to install theme on magento version 2.2.0. I have created a ticket #4414. Please solve the issue ASAP.

There are few Problems with theme 1. We have disabled add to compare in the backend but it’s not working. 2.In Quick View Size is not displaying. 3. Newsletter POP-UP is coming after every reload. even i changed the delay time and checked everything. 4. Mobile Arabic menu opening in the same direction as English. It supposed to open in opposite direction as Arabic is RTL . 5. In Some Mobiles Language accordion is hard to collapse.
