This theme does not support video courses hosted on third party platforms such as YouTube, AWS, Vimeo and many others. It only allows videos hosted on your WordPress website media library which is seriously a laughter and a joke. This is below the expectation of anyone that is serious to build online course platform like Udemy. RubikThemes developers will not allow you to know all these issues at initial stage. You cannot find them mention it on their page until you purchase Educhain Theme.These are the reasons you should not try this theme regardless of how beautiful and attractive the preview/demo might be to you:First, your WordPress website is on a shared hosting plan or similar. Your WordPress website allows the maximum of 128MB or similar. Therefore you cannot upload a video course that is more than 128MB to your media library. This is a serious joke. Also, share hosting plan gives you about 20GB to 50GB database space depending your host provider. You cannot host your video courses on shared hosting plan because you will consume your space very fast except you use cloud hosting that cost thousands of dollars per annual. Secondly, the support team does not have any plan to update this issue so that users can add YouTube, AWS or Vimeo course video links into course categories. This is a very good Edu Theme, probably one of the best but very poorly managed and updated. Find a partner who can collaborate with you on this project, sales will flood in. However, it needs to first be able to work with Woo-commerce among other things.

Execution time is set to 120s. Please check the error. The Plugin was already reinstalled 2 times. As I activate it, the error show up. Please help. If possible, maybe deactivate the cache. Please tell me, if your need FTP connection. This site already worked for about half year. It show up the front page, but we cannot log-in the Backend. I found that learnmaster y producing a big quantity of cache files, it block my hosting a is taking me ridiculously time to delete it. What could be causing this? the files are named as “doctrinecache.data”
