There’s a bug in older Slider Revolution versions that causes issues when saving slides on Wordpress 5.5. The fix is to update to Slider Revolution version 6.2.18 or higher. However, this theme (version 1.0.4) only makes Slider Revolution version 5.4.8 available when updating. When will the new version of Slider Revolution be available in this theme?

hi i have used a shortcode post slider on my website but the blog post featured image not showing up on mobile but shows up in desktop view. how can i fix this?

The theme version 1.0.8 is still not compatible with Wordpress 5.6, as the visual composer doesn’t work?I tried using the plugin suggested (WP Downgrade) but it is also not compatible with 5.6 and didn’t allow me to work. Is there something else I might be able to do to get this to work?

We recommend you to update not only the slider but the theme too in order to avoid possible issues with its functioning. To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as ecology/ecology). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “ecology-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server. Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated. Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly. I use the Green Planet theme on two different sites and we’re really happy with it. I have a couple of questions about the donation feature and I’ve looked all through the documentation without finding an answer. 1. When a donation is made, an email goes to the site admin (I think) simply stating a “Payment has been received in full for donation #XXXXXX – this donation has been published.” Where would I adjust the email addresses this email is sent to? 2. On that same email, where would I adjust the language so it is more detailed about who made the donation and for how much?

Hi there, this is an amazing theme. Thank you. Just a few questions before I buy - I noticed the theme looks really good on a mobile too, but the menu text is a bit small. Is there a setting to change that just on a mobile? -What is the donation plugin and what payment methods are available? Stripe? Same with woocommerce shop? - Are the colours customisable? Can I use a different background colour and main colour? -Is there a facility to upload a custom font? Our branding uses specific fonts that we’ve bought a licence for - Is the wpbakery plugin bundled and licensed? Is it a full version? - How often are updates?
