Constant error. Plugin does not work according to the details. No problems with other templates.

Nefarious customer service. The support works as follows: There is a "public" forum where you explain to everyone, the incidence. In the answer they ask you for the access data (username and password) in such a way that everyone who enters the forum knows your access information. The answer usually arrives in 4 or 5 days without any solution. I will not buy more templates in this author.

I bought the Mediczop Wordpress Theme and I’m having many issues.
1. When I unzipped the theme file the documentation is empty so I had to figure everything out myself and I’m not even sure if I took the correct steps.
2. When I try to change the colors within theme options. Nothing changes. I purged my cache and I went incognito with no luck.
3. There is no support for this theme?? No link on this site.
