Hey there, I have a problem with my tags and categories not showing up correctly. I noticed this problem after I downloaded the same data, couldn’t figure out how to remove it back to my default settings so I deleted all the sample data individually. Would appreciate a fix for this issue.

Great template. Does anyone know who to change the logo link to a different website other than your homepage with this template? I have been looking at suggestions found for other templates in the header and function file but have not yet found a solution for this specific template.

this theme looked great but has some problems. Even a fresh install doesn't show the theme options and throws errors and warnings. Other problems exist as well that had to be fixed in order to make the theme work on my server.

Hi cactus theme,
I have tried numerous times to install the top slider Urban Top News Slider and the Header Slider without success. I also reset all the settings and reinstalled the template twice. I followed all the instructions given and raised a ticket but dont want to give away my admin password. Can you help?

Cannot find your plugin/urbannews to display short codes correctly. Upon installation of the wordpress pkg and as I set it to “Static Page” I got this code at the top of the page:

What’s happening? Please advise.

I am hoping to get a refund… I worked on the site all day yesterday. I’m trying to get a banner ad up in the top header and can find no way to do that. It’s a very difficult theme to work with for me. It’s just so time consuming, I ended up getting another theme from another company that is much more workable. Also, I have tried to get some questions answered yesterday and the support for questions is very time consuming on this site. I do love the design of the theme, but I won’t be using it. Please let me know how I can get a refund. Thank you.
