They are not willing to fix an existing bug in the theme telling it is a magento core error. The issue has been there from when we purchased theme and now after 6 months they are asking to purchase support package to fix this issue. Not sure if this is the kind of support they are providing for all customers

Amazing theme . The theme has some small issues, but they fix it very quick, I like this theme and tech support team is very professional.
