My client has submitted 2 support tickets through Envato for this theme. How long is your support response time??? Your changelog says the doc signature homepage was added, however, when she purchased it, it was not included in the demo. She also tried to submit a ticket on your site but your tiksy account does not work. This is bad business sir. I would like to rectify this immediately.

Deski Core plugin – Installed But Not Activated, Requires Update. New install version is 0.0.9 and it’s looking for 1.2.6. Cannot update or activate.
I would have sent this through “support”, but receive the following message when trying to do so:
“This Ticksy account is Inactive. If you are the owner of the account and want to recover it, please contact Ticksy’s support department!”
Please resolve this ASAP or provide a refund.

Hi, i am planing to buy your theme. I have few doubts
1 – its is possible to make same header and footer for every pages ?
2 – when scrolling header is showing is it possible to disable it ?
3 – is it lightweight theme ?
4 – when i checked homepage colours and different and pages colour are different if i need to make all pages colour same i can easily change it ? Exmaple homepage is white colour but pricing page is light blue colour screenshot – https://imgur.com/a/gd632XG i need to make every pages light blue colour like pricing page i can do like that ?
4 – what all plugins need to install with theme ?
5 – easy to change design and edit the theme ?
6 – any offers or discount have ?
