I have problems with the installation of the required plugin “Lifeband Extensions”

It shows the following report: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I also tried to install it over the admin panel of my server, but it told me, that the .zip is probably broken.
Can you give support please?

Facing issue installing theme, it sucked up and not letting setup theme. KindComposer cannot be installed + woo-Coomerce is taking unlimited time. Need it fixed asap or refund.
Theme is just waste of time.
