I bought this Theme thinking it would be easier for setting up a basic website. It is not. It claims "easy management" and "drag and drop" If you need a basic website with your band logo and a centererd picture of your latest release with links to social media and your email just read a basic website tutorial and do it from scratch. I have a technical background and have run various wordpress blogs for 10 years and this theme even though is potentially powerful is not user friendly at all. The graphic interface has too much noise and you spend hours just disabling all the extra stuff 95% of people will never need . In order to customize the graphic elements. The documentation is not complete and you need to access them through a variety of interfaces, sometimes through the wordpress menus other things through the WPBakery and usually the behaviour is unpredictable. Some elements I have completely given up on because editing them the way I need to would actually involve writing code and that defies the purpose. I finally managed through extensive trial and error to achieve an acceptable result but the time spent was definitely not worth it. The only thing is that probably most other wordpress band themes are similarly non user friendly but then they should not be advertised as user friendly.

Hello, I bought ZONA advertised including SLIDER REVOLUTION and VISUAL COMPOSER (WPBakery Page Builder). But both plugins don’t seem activated. This results in serious limitations (addons cannot be installed) and MORE IMPORTANTLY: I can’t even get the SPLITTING on the homepage as advertised in your demo’s (using slicey). It will only show an image with 4 semi transparent layer boxes over it. Absolutely outstanding product and customer support. The Zona theme is the best Wordpress theme I've come across. Customer support from Rascal is top-notch. Very thorough and responsive. Hello, I use Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder for some extra design. But when i activate AJAX some of the designs are not showing the way i designed them. When AJAX is deactivited there are no problems regarding the design. How could i exlcude the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin from AJAX? ps: I know that inside the theme settings there is a way to exclude some links or AJAX reload scripss. But ı’m not quite sure how to do it…

The theme itself is great and offers a lot of customisation options which can come in handy. Some of its features are really wisely designed UX wise. In case there is a conflict with other Wordpress plugins or just something doesn't work the way it should/you would like, Mariusz always offers solution how to handle the issue and he does so in a very short period of time. The customer support is absolutely fantastic. I have purchased many themes from Themeforest and I have to say the support is outstanding. This theme absolutely amazing too with a powerful music player. The design is fantastic too. As our needs are quite specific, the only improvement I would suggest is to make the theme have RTL support but that again is just due to our needs. Nevertheless, the support is fantastic and I am pleased with this purchase.
