Awesome Technical Support & quick reply by Customer Service! There was a minor upload image issue after theme installation, but the technical team resolved it in 1 day.

For my webshop I thought it would be fun to do the entire process around it myself. It was a challenge, but I succeeded. I had chosen the Fabzy theme because it was most in line with my wishes. When installing the theme and preparing the webshop, I ran into some things that I needed help with. Every time I created a ticket for help, people responded super fast and the problem was resolved very quickly. This was super nice! I don't regret choosing this theme for a second! Besides the great support team, it is a nice template to work with if you don't have a lot of experience yet.

Terrible customer support on issues. Does not understand the issue or does not give constructive replies to help fix issues. I find this theme to be very slow to load and would not recommend it!

Can't edit all colors, you can change some, but most of them you need to go in css and change yourself. Which is bad for noobies.

I can't save anything with this theme installed. It is incredibly frustrating despite having multiple people trying to fix it to no avail. Too bad because it is beautiful.

Hi, I liked your Theme. But before buying I would like to ask something.
1) Example Website: https://www.templatemonsterpreview.com/demo/53884.html
2) I would like to implement this header layout, & remove extra things from header? Is it possible in your Theme?
2) In the Categories Section of example Theme (Clothing, Footwear, Military Gear), can I implement this mouse hover design on your theme?
3 After that I would like to display Products (Popular section) like those with Animations on it. Is it possible?
4) Is it possible to edit Footer & Socket as Example website?

This Theme is rock solid and the customer support is fast fixing any issues that may come up. I say this because other themes i have bought seem like I would have to wait days to fix the bugs I only had to wait a few hours with TemplateMela I have purchased many themes on themeforest over the years and this is by far my favorite. Its very customizable and not confusing
