Hi Netbase,
Our web developer purchased this theme to use on our website, however, we’ve been having issues with two plugins lately: “Netbase Cleopa” and “NetbaseTeam SimpleModal Login”. The site crashes immediately with the Netbase Cleopa activated, and the many pages in the theme go blank with the NetbaseTeam plugin activated.
It appears to be an incompatibility with the latest version of WooCommerce if I’m not mistaken. Will there be any updates to support the new WooCommerce version anytime soon, or is there another workaround?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Nice theme. It fits my needs especially in the essential oil demo. I am however a little concerned about the short life the theme, the low number of sales and the frequency of updates. Please let me know if these should be valid concerns. Thanks

Hi. I have a question. I can not install cleopa element plugin.
it says ” the remote plugin packgage consist of more than one file,but the files are not packaged in a folder. please contact the plugin provider and ask them to package their plugin acording to the wordpress guidelines.

When will a new theme update be available, it’s been 7 months? WP Bakery & Ultimate addons for WP Bakery require updates (6.0.5 & 3.19.0) WordPress has also been updated to 5.3. Please provide us with insight (Date) for theme update and I will be happy to renew support.

Hello,
I have set my wordpress website as the language dutch, but woocommerce does not translate everything into dutch.
Do you know what the problem might be because if I install a different theme then everything will be translated into Dutch.
