I created an account to test the tournament system. I couldn’t create a championship where the participating team pays money to participate. That’s not possible?

I have been following these guys for years. I have to say that this theme surpasses my expectations in regards of design and features. Great job guys!

This theme has so manny features that I actually re-designed my whole idea, now offering more possibilities with my site. Great theme and excellent customer support.

Ladder has a few serious bugs. It doesn't seem to be a priority for the developers. Only answer I have been getting is that they have many themes and they don't know when it will be Arcane's turn.Theme has good potential but it's not polished and need immediate attention, especially the nasty bugs.

The error has to do with the Arcane types plugin. When I delete this plugin I am able to get back into my wordpress dashboard but reactivating it will brick my wordpress installation.

Hello ! Is there a support around here ? When I see that authors of FREE themes or extensions take 5 hours to respond, 4/5 days of waiting, that’s a very long time !

Overall theme is great, definitely needs some work on the tournament end of things but customer support has been fairly responsive.

fast and responsive theme, had issues on installing Arcane Redux with the newest wordpress version 4.9.1 but Zorz from support fixed this quickly and professionally. overall great theme, looks fantastic and i really like the first impression of the creators!arc-sec.net

It's great to have a WP toolset/ / theme which can be used for organizing tournaments. Because there are only few systems available to this.But!From the viewpoint of an site user/moderator, the documentation can cover ~90% of all points.From the viewpoint of an admin, the documentation can only cover ~25% of all relevant information’s. There is no documentation how to modify the site in a deeper way as to change the decent main and secondary color. There is no file/plugin documentation to make individual modifications easy for everey buyer. There is no FAQ or bug/error handling chapter, no ... .When looking on the update log here on Themeforest, everyone can see that there still were high risk securty bugs (password, ...) fixed. This speaks for a bad quality testing but also for moderate good services (longer update periodes).But there are much more open security points. One really simple thing will maybe not seen as security risk by the developer but it is - And under European or Canadian law this should not happen. What do I mean? Per default every new registrant will the registration details (username and password) in plaintext by email. This means, when using SMTP, all user logins will be saves at your mail server and the one of the registrant. It's still a security risk to save password in plaintext without a salt, hash, ... at your database, but to send them in plaintext is a much bigger security issue.Also the code/website them self is not optimized for a good user experience. Tested with Wordpress 5.0.3, there are 5MB for load the website content plus 6MB for loading JavaScripts and other stuff. The Google PageSpeed spend only 11 of 100 possible points (0-49 bad; 50-89 medium; 90-100 good).And for mobile users? Yeah it's usable, but it's absolutely not perfect. For some core page of the tournament system, the users will not seen every needed information’s on mobile devices and so on.

I'm long time lurker first time buyer. I'm very pleased with this theme. It is rich with functionality with great design. I hope I'll build nice gaming community with Arcane. Wohooo

Do you have to use the Arcane Wordpress Theme in order to use the Tournaments Plugin, or can the Tournament Plugin work independently and with other themes?

Is their a way where we can connect e.x Riot API so that when a tournament starts it will create a link for users to join (custom match with setting player create).

NEW EDIT:Every day we and our users are finding new bugs. For example, our users just discovered the tournament carousels show a different time (1 hour ago) than the regular tournament page. Today a user discovered that the profile settings page doesn't work, he was trying to edit an external field (LoL Summoner Name), we had to update it from the admin panel.Every time we organize a tournament we discover a new problem about the tournament fixture functions, last time users reported seeing different matchups and fixtures in the webpage for the same tournament. Then they sent screenshots which proved them right. We had to organize the tournament manually on Discord..Also if a user leaves a tournament after it starts, some weird stuff happens again. The participant number isn't updated, sometimes matchups that actually don't exist show up to even the regular users.DO NOT BUT IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DEPEND ON THE TOURNAMENT FUNCTIONALITIES, ARCANE IS PRETTY BUT THATS IT

I’m setting this up on my personal server which does not have support of sending emails out. I installed the theme and plugins though 1 plugin would not install I am assuming due to me not entering the activation code. Once I followed the prompt to do so I get this. “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I have no way to receive an email… How am I to know what the critical error is? I can’t even get back to the main dashboard of wordpress.

Ok. First of all i m not a programmer or somebody tha work a lot with code.. i m a kitchen chef... this means 5 stars for the graphik, for documentation and all the rest. If i manage to understabd how i should make the same landing or homepage of Arcane it means that is quite easy... just keep trying and chenge things! The theme have all necessary plugin and the reason for what was made it is great. Clan Wars... all what you need is there... perfect. About the support they always answer me.. the problem is that i live in italy.... and everitime i ask a question i get answer the night after... ( this for timezone).. and everitime i could manage it by myself.... this aswell means that the documentation is great.... Now i m still building the website and everithings is installed... untill now didnt find any bug or incompatibily plugin... ... I love the design... i will keep that on my page... Shure that is thanks to wordpress if all this is possible... but is not easy to make a big work like Arcane and keeping without bug and updated... I both premium plugin too and have no problem to keep it running... work great no bug... Anyway thanks a lot for the great job boys... Giovanni.

We bought this a long time ago. And the only reason we can't use it is: Notifications are not on ajax. Users will not be constantly updating the page of the site.It's very sad :(

I bought it, but I can’t use it. There are too many problems. 1. Even if I change the submenu General settings, customize, etc. of WordPress -> Arcane, nothing is applied. 2.Layer Slider. I keep getting an alarm telling me to install the plugin, but it doesn’t install because the file is corrupted. 3. When I try to sign up for support at https://support.skywarriorthemes.com/, I can’t even sign up because the code is already being used. How can I solve this?

I am looking to buy this theme (Arcane) ..but before I do so I wanna make sure if this theme can work for FIFA Console tournaments. To add teams/players and have real soccer statistics

Customer support is pretty bad. The person who offers support is not a developer. They do not answer questions unless to tel you that yu can buy customization. VC is useable on the front end by Gamer role, which is a major security issue.

Easy to work with although it's designed with a few plugins (WP Bakery, Beaver Builder) that aren't free themselves.
