I've seen good customer support before, but the support on this theme is downright amazing! They reply extremely fast and have an update with changes available within 24 hours. Never seen this level of service before on a Wordpress theme. Wish you lots of great business, you deserve it!!

Support is not with ticket but with a simple classic forum.
I put 3 times answer and noone answer to me.
The problem of this theme are (not only for me but you can read in support forum other consumer):
1. Logo in mobile version, when you open menù there isn't.
2. A link for call phone number in mobile version is wrong and give you 404. You can mouse hover in desktop mode and in mobile mode for check link.
3 Datepicker don't work in mobile version.
4. The SSL is not complete for some link not https.
5. The url are compose so: www.mysite.com/pages/yourpage.php
6. Support not exist.If you can resolve this problem ok but if not you must know nobody give help to you.
