One of the worst themes that I purchased, I cannot change the section title font family and size from the theme options that they put, even I tried from the style sheet but it will never change.I contacted support (ticket no. #2121729) but they fail to do something for more than two weeks.I regret wasting my money and time on this poorly Executed theme.

Hello, i am interested in buying this theme but i have a couple questions before purchasing: 1. for the single page e-commerce landing pre-order i like the way it is designed, more so than the Kickstarter/indiegogo (the route i am going) am i able to change the pre-order tabs and turn them into kickstarter ones where you click it will direct you to the page? 2. how easy is it to change the hotspot spots so it aligns with my product? 3. is it easy to integrate a Call to action on the top left of the page so the kickstarter button is always and easily available for the customer to click? thanks in advance for the answers.

There’s no way to change the color overlay on this. Everything is blue? I upload a green background image and there’s still a blue overlay with opacity. Please let me know what I need to do to get this updated. Also, the underscore under the headings of each section are blue. You need to add something in the Theme Options that changes the CSS of these features. Let me know what I need to do to update this or I need to buy another theme and start over.

Don't buy this theme!!!! This is the worst support I've seen in my life. First of all, I just had some responsive issues and the support team ask me for access to wp-admin. Strange, because usually you only need modify css. After that, the support team didn't fiz the issue, and request cPanel access (????). It's impossible to give access to anyone like this. I gave access to ftp and this 'fabulous' support team took my site down. My site now has one white screen with nothing to show. After notify then about the white screen, they didn't do anything to fix, just asked me again fo cPanel accesss. Now I'm facing big problems to backup my website again. . If you are thinking to buy this theme, don't do that!!!

Anyone interested in this theme for the popup modal video functionionality, keep looking. It only comes in default modules. You cannot trigger a modal from any button unless you custom program it. This is from support, “In the default theme features and settings, haven’t any option to create a button for making a video pop-up. So, if you want to make a pop-up video within a button, you have to do it by yourself or hire someone.”

I have a problem with my portfolios. On some categories, I have 8 portfolio items, but only 2 show up. Other issues are that some categories don’t show at all.
