It really sad but i've to give u 2 stars...
I commented you twice 10 days ago, still no answer.
This is not normal when you pay for product with support...Your builder component make wrong CSS
There is a bug in the blog widget when no feature image
No child theme (even if i can do it myself)
When using counter, i can’t use it without any icon.

If you are going to sell a theme, DO NOT include another plugin...I don't know... like the visual composer that will cost almost as much as the the theme itself.
