Hello, please we discovered that after a while this theme starts giving some issues especially the slow and sluggish loading time and the product image arrangement display. Most product images on our website www.basmall.com.ng are wrongly displaying at the right side of computer leaving the original space at the left side blank. The theme is perfect for a mega store. It has a lot of different sections and features that are not offered by Shopify out of the box like discount count down timer. The support has also been very responsive from the developer's side and we've been provided solutions within a day or two whenever we have had to reach the support so overall it's a 5 star theme.

Very friendly and patient customer support. I will wait for further enhancement in this theme like if designer adds customer account section with more option like wallet refund etc. Very friendly support

The design quality is really good on this, the features are awesome. Totally worth the money spent. Support is a little slow, but overall they will assist you and you pester them enough, could just be their ticket system is buggy.

In the eMarket Theme Home Store 6, there is an error on the product page. I tried to find it in the coding, but I figured I would ask because I’ve spent hours looking at it. At the top right by the additional product pictures, a curly bracket exists where it shouldn’t. Can you let me know where in the code this is? So, I can delete it. Thank you.

My HONEST Feedback and ReviewAs many of you I have invested hours to find a perfect theme for my ecommerce business. After checking the Demo and found it great and it was exactly what I was looking for. I bought the theme and then it hit me...My coding skills are A1-A2 level and Shopify has absolutely different language which was ultra hard for me to understand. I felt so sad that I couldn't launch my business and asked for help (the Seller). The Seller, or the support team, made phenomenal job. Literally. Every issue I had has been resolved. The Seller did even stuff he didn't have to do in the first place (small customisation for my specific business needs). Long story short, if the support team haven't changed then rest assure you will get help.
