Well, the support force me change the rating (kkkk). They change completly the assistance given to my cases and everything its working wonderfully. The template is great, but have a few issues. The fix the bugs and now its everything ok. Tks to the Novo team. Great Job.

Hi Team, I am having some difficulty with the formatting of the blog post title once I activate the Right Side Bar. My website credentials are provided via email to you Ideally, I want the page title/header area to be shorter. Another issue I have is if I set the news page as the nominated Posts page, it automatically adopts the most recent blog title as the page title. Again I cannot find a way to alter this, or in fact to change it back once it has happened. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hii, my WPBakery Page Builder work 2-3 hours and now dont work, it wants licenses, what to do?

Overall very good theme and very nice design. Had some issues at first but all was resolved now and have been able to complete my site.

This theme is complicated to set and not very ergonomic. In addition, the design adaptation on mobile is bad. I'm disapointed.

“I really liked the style of this development teams’ themes. However, upon installation I encountered one issue after another.• The data does not import correctly. The process never completes. I contacted them several times and they said basically oh don't worry about it it's all there. Well, half of the time it is not all there, and it requires repeated installations which often messes up other aspects like the menus. • Because of the import error, and the need to reimport several times to get all the data multiple copies of the same menus overlap one another and have to be painstakingly edited to remove redundant entries. • Upon checking SSL errors, I found that many images are loading from their local server under a plain HTTP connection. This prevents the system from receiving a full certified SSL greenlight in the browser. • I found some errors in the service page. I contacted them. They said they were working on it and that they needed time. Nothing was ever done or fixed. • I paid for extended support. They do not even answer my emails. At first when the issues were minor, they were very good, and I was impressed. But after the last three months, and being very patient, I am at my wits end and feel the only thing I can do is post this and warn all others to not use any themes that this development team produces.Again, I have tried so many times in the last three months to resolve this. The theme is very buggy. A lot of functionalities are not working properly. The search function is not working. I am also trying to translate it to have it running both in English and French. But all the text entered in the custom fields are not being translated. So this means header button text, copyright text in the footer, 404 error messages, for example, cannot be translated. Also, you have to ask to get the updated version of wpBakery page builder everytime it is updated instead of just having them update their theme...Unfortunately, I would not recommend to buy this theme
