Well bought the theme downloaded and all that is in the .zip file was the licence and one graphic? Could I please get what I paid for? The file size is only 206kb

Hi! If I add video in post, then map of this post is loading after video is loaded and top of post can be empty for a while. Is that somehow can be fixed? Thank you!

Hi! When I upload my project files to the hosting and I try to access a page, I need to refresh the page in order to see the map, I mean, the page is not showing the map at first time. Do you know why?

Beautiful travel theme. We chose it because it has both the elegant look we want and lots of map options. There are so many options available no two themes need to look alike, it's extremely customizable.In fact, the sheer number of options can seem overwhelming to someone new to wordpress (like me) but don't let that scare you. There's an online knowledge base that will answer most of your questions, but if not, customer support is outstanding - extremely responsive and will answer anything you ask until your questions are answered. This is a great theme with awesome support! The Google maps integration and drawing tools were exactly what I was looking for. It's so easy to customize. I also can't say enough how good their support team is. They helped me out asap when I reached out.

Hello,
I´ve bought this item a year ago, but I want to clarify two things with You.
1) Why is so big difference in loading time between mobile version and desktop version? I mean I compared loading times with pageinsight by google. Can YOu support on the topic how to decrese loading times on this theme?
2) Are You planning to implement also opensource maps into the theme to choose if to Use google maps or open source?

In my opinion, the PureThemes team do elegance and quality really well. This is also supported by excellent customer support. A rare commodity these days!I have also owned other themes from them and can attest to a consistent commitment from them to iron-out any problems I was having.I am ten time-zones away from them and yet support I received from them was really, really timely! BTW, it was my hosting company's problem, not their theme! I chose "other" as the main reason for writing this review because I think Travelmatic offers a number of reasons to use it. I really like the open design, use of white-space and a selective use of modern plugins.Thanks. Keep up the great products!

If you want an effective and original theme, choose it!
Very good choice of theme, updated quite frequently.
I have made many other purchases on this platform and this theme was one of my favorites.
By the way, the support is very competent and reactive !

Since a couple of days I can no longer make changes to the main map. By that I mean that I can make a change in the GUI (like delete a KML), and hit Apply, but then the page loads a little while but comes back without the changes applied, and no error message whatsoever (nothing on the page itself or in the JS console). Is this a known issue?? Did some update break something??
