Hello, I´ve tried to see the demo and buy template, but pages http://you.themeplayers.net/ are down. Demo on themeforest don´t work too. Is this only temporary problem? Last update of this template is about one year ago. Can I count that this template will be available and supported for future or is discontinued old product? Thank you.

I’m not able to import the template mode … While clicking 1-click demo import I select MakeUp – OnePager then the spinning wheel appears and disappear immediately … The error that I get in the console log is:

The issue is the 1click demo import tool is not able to import all the content data and pictures.
Any clue on how I can fix that ?

Hi!
Headings fonts can be edited with the CSS styles. Custom code can be added via Appearance > Theme Options > Code – Custom Styles.
Please use the following code (with your selected font-family) for the headings:
.ct-header-text h1, .ct-header-text h2, .ct-header-text h3, .ct-header-text h4, .ct-header-text h5, .ct-header-text h6 {
font-family: 'Arial Black', san-serif;
}
For the menu tab we use the global font settings, which can be edited via Appearance > Customize – General – Styles, screenshot: here.

Hi
This is overall a great looking theme but am I missing something when it comes to changing the styling.
When customising the theme and changing the main colour within the styles section the headings colour, button background colour, etc.. changes to the chosen colour. But when you save and then reload the website in the front end nothing changes. Looking at the css with chrome inspector the values are fixed within the css file and not dynamic. Unless you can tell me different?

Hi, I’m having problem with “Contact Form 7”. I recently added Acceptance Checkbox to my contact form and it is working in Firefox but there is no checkbox in Chrome. I checked it on diffrent theme and it was ok. It looks like there is some conflict with You theme. Can you help me in any way?

The demo importer doesn't work properly. Some things in the editor doesn't work as it should. Disappointed with this theme. Really hard to work with it.

Hi! Today I bought the theme you. I need to use the themeplate “you make up”.
I succed to put the new theme into my wordpress site but when i try to personalize it they say :
Fatal error: Method ctShortcodeDecorator::__toString() must not throw an exception, caught Error: Function name must be a string in /home/truccosp/public_html/wp-content/themes/you/framework/widgets/ctShortcodeWidget.class.php on line 0
What I have to do.
Even if i try to have a look to the demo it seems to be incorrect.

Hello, I would like to know if we can expecting some update for that theme. At my site, last working version of WP is 5.2.x, which is really old. I would like to know, If we can expect some update or we have to consider this theme as dead and in combination with old WP potentialy dangerous. If second answer is right, I’m affraid to need new theme. A’m not happy wit that option and I believe, I’m not alone. Thank dor your answer.

Was great years ago, but no updates over the years by the dev and now the sire is basically broken since there have been no updates with the progression of wordpress. I did what I could in the code to keep it alive, but plugins fail left and right. Stay away until it's updated and managed appropriately.
