Hi, i tried to install the theme on WP but i can´t because give me an error ” The package could not be decompressed. The theme does not have style sheet style.css. ” how can i resolve this, i need to finish that site , i leave me e-mail [email protected]

You have a customer who claims you are pushing them off onto us, and they is looking to us to support your theme. I am sorry, but it does not work that way. He paid you for your theme and deserves the support offered with it. We do not support users of themes that use our framework. That has always been our policy. It is your obligation to debug your own work. If you discover an issue with Redux, then you must file a report with us and we will take it from there. Sending your customers to us is inappropriate. We cannot and will not debug your theme, unless you are willing to pay us for our time to do so. Please review what your customer has posted to us here: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/issues/3596 and offer him the support he is entitled to (NOT on our issue tracker). I have few major issues with organi theme. I wrote to them via email 3 times, Posted on support forum 2 times. I don't get any response from anyone. we can't even install the theme. I am expecting a fix or response in few hours or I want my money back.
