after i installed and imported the demo content, i am seeing the shortcodes on the demo pages instead of grids and content. the jt essentials plugin is not working properly with the theme. i tried downloading from github and it didn’t work either. i also removed the jt essential plugin and re uploaded and it didn’t work either. i tried using wordpress 4.8 and it also did not work.

im trying to open a support topic in your system but i couldnt. Thats way im wrtinig here… while im loading the demo, getting this error “An error occurred while fetching file from: http://site.animarka.com/wp-content/themes/owlfolio-wp/inc/demo-importer/contents/widgets.json!
Reason: 404 – Not Found.”

Hello, I bought your theme and tried to install it twice.
When I import demo pages, the pages only show a shortcode:
[owlfolio_works portfolio_style=”style1″ ppp=”12″ all_text=”Show All” _id=”393614″ portfolio_cat_list=”11,12,13″]
Can you please advise?
I can’t see anything about it on your documentation.

Hi, I just bought your project yesterday.
And when I enable the KingComposer Plugin, I’m getting an error message that I can not find the kc_add_map () function in your jt-essentials plugin.
It is possible that the KingComposer Plugin has updated the newer version you are using for this theme.
Can you fix this for me?
