Hello, I have updated the theme to the latest but when I click on edit or add I can not see the editor, for example, I click add text block I dont see anything just a window saying Text Block editor. Please help.

I like the Theme, but I am having trouble with changing the colors. I go to Customize > Colors… and I make changes, but after publishing it doesnt show on the site. Also, the footer is some weird blue color, I have checked all the different color profiles and it is not anywhere. I have changed the setting on the footer to “Dark Blue”, and I’ve edited the advanced settings on there, and the footer doesnt change.

I cant submit a ticket because it only gives a previous bought theme as option when i want to submit
Here is the issue:
I cant edit or change anything on wpbakery frontend editor. Backend editor works fine.
all the bundled plugins and theme are updated
Gutenberg Editor is disabled
What is the issue here?

i bought this theme this morning setup and installed all demo content but when i try to edit the pages i get nothing it just loads a blank box with no way to edit the content

i purchased your theme and installed the demo page. When i try to edit the homepage with WP Backery Frontend Page Builder and click on the text fields to edit the button, or change the text or anything else, it opens a pop up window where i cant see anything like the settings or text to change.
How can I solve it? Whats the issue here please?
