Incredible customer support, a lot of patience like no one else I have ever bought something from. Response within 20 minutes, fully trusted seller. They can fix absolutely every problem there could happen with this template aswell, and there is not many trust me. Very nice, smooth, responsive and good looking template after finishing your store. A lot of good features to boost your sales in it aswell.

This is a great theme to work with! By far the most customisable one I've worked with yet with its Shopify sections. Also, the support team was awesome.
I think a lot of themes get 5 stars when a person starts with it but the problems usually come later on after really working with them. That's when I find out how well a theme is built and the quality of their support. They were helped me to customise the theme, add more functions as requested.

The Boutique Theme is a fantastic theme, but above that, the customer support for the theme after you purchase is AMAZING! Every question I asked was answered within minutes and when I had trouble customizing the theme myself the developer offered to do it for me at no additional cost. I am very impressed with both the quality of the theme and the after care they provide to their customers.

Hi The4 team, Boutique is looking great but I have run into one thing I’d like to change. My client is going to sell items with many variations and different prices. Shopify only displays the lowest price, which is fine, but I would like to add “From” in front of the prices in order to indicate that the products start at that price. How can I do this in the code?

I have this loaded, but cannot figure out how to simply change to a different home page look? The video support file is outdated as there is no way to “import demo” anymore under the theme settings file. Any help from anyone who owns this? Thanks

Boutique is excellent theme in every aspect, from design, quality and customer support. Besides, I like that it is easy for beginner's like me. If you follow instuctions in documentation you will find out how to customize your website. Otherwise, ask for support. Highly recommended!!!

The best teme I buy for a ridiculous price!The support is also excellent and very professional. They answered each of my questions with a clear and detailed answer each time in a very short time.I highly recommend the "Boutique" theme.
Nothing to do with another theme priced at $ 180 - $ 250 that have half of the features present on "Boutique" and Customer Support almost nonexistent ...Thank you The4 Studio;)

I would give 10/10 for all of the criteria including customer support, flexibility, features, code quality, customizability, and so on.
Very prompt and diligent support team. Solves all the problems with good attitude unlike other theme developers. I previously used one of the Best selling theme in themeforest, which is ELLA. I can genuinely say that this theme offers 100x more features/flexibility. Many sections are customizable, many features like bundle products and real time visitors, sales pop, in-built about-us page templates, very comprehensive in a nutshell.Recommended.

Considering purchasing but I did notice certain HOME Version layouts are not fully mobile responsive all except for HV01, HV08, HV14 & HV19. I’m considering HV14 & HV19. The TOP images on the other versions fully respond and adjust images to mobile but NOT these versions the TOP images get cut off. Please let me know if this can be adjusted as per the other versions. Our business is mostly social media driven with mobile users therefore this is top priority for us. Thanks! Tai
