Hi there,
we bought the theme and had an issue with the installation. So i tried to send you a support ticket with your ticket-system yesterday. There was no automatic response or mail with the ticket number to check the state of the ticket. So after non hearing nothing from you until today, i tried to register an account on this ticket-system, but also this step didn’t send any e-mail (also if it was mentioned after the registration). So i belife there is a problem with your ticket system, would you please solve this or let me know another way to contact you for support-issues.

Please note that making small CSS and JS customisations in a clean way seems to be almost impossible since the theme authors are unwilling to send over the webpack/node JS config files they are using to build the final assets. The source SCSS and JS files are included in the package, but useless without a working build config. I have struggled for almost two weeks now trying to get a meaningful reply from the support. And please don’t tell me to contact the support team.
