Hi,
I’m not sure if this is the correct channel to go down but I recently purchased the pi-bags theme to integrate with bigcommerce.
I’ve uploaded the theme to bigcommerce but cannot edit all the elements in the back end of big commerce at all. It does not work, I’ve spoken to bigcommerce support and they have tried also but agree there is a glitch in the program/theme. Can you pls take a look/ let me know, offer some advice? thanks Nicole. Store purchase was for The Bather Bar.

Hello again Apollotheme,
After attempts by both us and your tech staff to integrate the Pi Bags theme – you now tell us we need to HTML code the theme files to change what should have been able to be done as a built in feature.
Can you please refund our theme cost as
1. Obviously it we have NOT been able to use it
2. It is not fit for purpose. Nowhere on your sales page does it state that image changes need to be done via the theme files.
Please email us the remittance for this refund.

Hello
We have just purchased your theme for a BIg Commerce website.
I have tried uploading the theme a couple of times but i don’t think it is loading properly as I cannot find where I can change the home page boxes under the carousel and further down.
Can you please help

I got the theme, it hangs in the new theme editor (not looking to use it) but can’t bypass it
