hi the demo content is taking a long time to upload and still hasn’t, I have set a bigger max size in the wp-config and still nothing. anyway to look into this?

I’ve purchased the theme and installed – very easy process.
But I noticed for the Sliders, there were 3 missing that were present in the Demo: #1, #3 and #7. How can we go about getting these?
3 was the selling point for me on this theme to be honest

Demo data does not install, fails with timeout to their data source.Contacted support, a day later I received an email from a random gmail.com address asking for admin access to my site. Not very professional.I replied informing I was not comfortable with handing over admin credentials to someone with a gmail address, then no response.Lodging refund request.

As commented by people before, Im also missing the sliders Home1, Home3 and Home7.
I purchased the theme over a year ago but I cant install the slider since the files are simply missing. Is there a seperate download?

.I love the template but Demo upload is taking a loooong time and nothing is happening. I have all the settings in PHP as required and the latest WP but no luck with the demo upload. Do you think you could help me, please?
