my theme tell me that are not activated but i done this when installed a long time ago.

Does the theme support Greek language as well?
Are the pictures included?
When uploaded, how ‘ready’ is the theme, I mean how similar to the demos presented on theme forest? (I would like to avoid time-consuming processes as I am in a hurry so this issue is very important for me).
What is the cost of purchasing the booking plugin that is not included?
