Hello, i just purchased the theme. I have a huge collection of over 3000 products. I need to increase my page loading times specially on Collection pages. The current page load time becasue i am image heavy site is bit slow, specially when user goes from page 1 to 2, etc.
I read that removing the “quick shop” and “add to cart” button from the collection page will help increase the page speed. I dont see the option to remove this in the backend. Can you tell me how to do this

I bought your theme there is about 4 months with an account that I had to create to buy the theme and I forgot the account because I made a site and it did not work. So I decided to stop the dropshipping. But today I decided to launch myself in the dropshipping, I uploaded the theme on my site but it is too slow, I thought it was a responsive theme as it says. what should I do to make the theme fast?

We are incredible disappointed not only be the low performance of the theme but by the lack of customer service or any response to our direct emails to globosoftware, messages left on the website, and the general incompetence of Sebastian Pokora who acted as our "SEO" consultant.For over 1 week we waited for our theme to be transferred to this one. A Nguyen Nham was given access last Friday and spent 10 minutes on the website. We did not see any changes nor did we receive any communication.The company promises "limited support" but ignoring a paying customer after many emails, chat messages is not a popular thing to do.We regret our decision and along with the other negative review warn people against buying software from this company.

The customer support is incredible! Even when making subtle changes, they take the time to either edit the code for you which means a lot to me! In a world where customer support is usually frustrating, they couldn't make it any easier! This is my way of saying thanks dudes and dudettes for all your help!

Thank you for using our theme. Firstly, the “Quick shop” and “Add to cart” button on the collection page don’t affect the page speed. If you want to remove them, you need to remove in the theme code.
