I’ve been trying to complete the plugin install process, but in order to do that I need to update/activate the Slider Revolution. I cannot do this without an item purchase code. This code is missing from the documentation.. shouldn’t this theme come with the purchase code so that I can activate Slider Revolution?

for the life of me cant find how to have the top menu the same as your demo with the icon right corner you click and a side panel slides out.. read all the documentation but nothing… helllppp lol

Hello, Since there hasn’t been an update for quite a while: Is the theme also compatible with PHP 7.4?

Updating my rating here. I left a previous one-star rating while in a bad mood because my site broke suddenly. It was working fine for months while untouched, and suddenly it broke in the same week that Wordpress 5.0 was released. Of course, I was convinced it must be an incompatibility issue with the Wordpress release -- and was frustrated because I couldn't submit a support ticket since my "6 months of support" had just expired. I was finally able to contact Mikado another way and get some feedback. But it took some time digging around on themeforest and Google searches. After turning off plug-ins one by one, my site was eventually restored to normal. So, it appeared to be a plug-in issue, not the Fuego theme issue. My mistake. Nevertheless, I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm disappointed with the lack of ease in contacting the developer without paid support. Plus, the Mikado themes "forum" found in Google search results wasn't working, Google said: "This site can't be reached." And no support articles on Ticksy for this theme. Also, why no Mikado themes brand website? Not even a simple landing page? Wouldn't it make sense to put a face on your company, and give customers an easier way to interact with your brand? When your site breaks and you start to panic, and you can't get support because it just expired, then you struggle to even find any support or contact info for the company who sold you the product, it can be frustrating. It almost seems like you're trying to hide. Maybe I'm just being unrealistic because I'm used to innovative American companies who put customer service as a top priority since the lifetime value of a customer is more important than one-off sales.Anyway, sorry for the long-winded review.

Hello and good day, My request was never resolved and I waited for months until a new update. Now the new update has come and the issue still remains, but I have to pay another 50 to stay in contact with you for an issue that may not be resolved because my support has expired? That doesn’t seem fair. The Mikado portfolio is not allowing for a single image item upload, and the multiple upload needs more than one image, which doesn’t work if I only have that one image to upload. This is all detailed in my request # 79978. Is there a way to just alter the css or something to bypass the issue without waiting for a whole update. Please HELP! This is extremely frustrating! Thanks!
