Very slow support and theme issues.
1. No/less styling and layout. No option to update images.
2. Product does not add/update in the cart..WHATS THE POINT OF USING AJAX?
3. No customizing of search bar.
4. No flexibility in styling.Overall, a bad theme!

We bought this theme twice for our customers, but the support via the ticketsystem is much to slow.
When your liveshop is 3 day’s offline because support is not reacting at all, you can not build on themes bought from whthemego.

Hi Sir, please look at ticket number TF459724. There seems to be a bug with ajax add to cart. When clicking on add to cart, a loading icon shows up and goes away again. The cart does not get updated in the header unless you refresh te page. This bug also happens on the live demo on your server. Front-page and category pages. Best regards, Sebastiaan

Still very slow support.
Bought more then one themes and year support of them directly aswell in the hope support would be better them when bying via Themeforest, or faster, but still waiting of answers via their ticket support. Year of support bought is now over, so I don’t think I wil get any answer anymore now.
We start now implenting new themes in 3 sites we bought themes of them.
Theme itself is beautyfull!

I have bought the themes directly at wpthemego, but must say the support is very very slow. Bought more then one theme.
Must say I will never buy a theme outside Themeforest anymore.
