I didn’t use Adobe Muse to edit the file, after downloading the template zip, I got a JS alerting error when I open index.html in HTML folder, it is – “JavaScript exception: Error calling selector function: SecurityError: Failed to read the ‘rules’ property from ‘CSSStyleSheet’: Cannot access rules”, do you know what it is and how to fix it? I need it can be resolved ASAP.

Shouldn’t you include “for Muse” in the title? this will reduce confusion as currently it is very difficult to modify for use without muse.
