When I make updates to the header (hover over links, colors or backgrounds) they don’t show up after the update.

To change logo Filmic can you go to Edit With Elementor -> Header builder,

I want to delete or change the “filmic” logo in the header. However, the instructions given -> Logo in Customizer > Site identity or you can edit in Boostify Header Foote - don’t seem to work. How else can I do this?
