Installation not working, no support, misleading information considering 8.5 compatilibty because fresh installation comes with 8.4 drupal version. Multiple bugs, very complicated customization with peaces only on code (search as an example).

Hello drupalet, theme not working after update on 8.56: Error: Call to a member function setFormClass() on null in commerce_cart_entity_type_build() (line 110 of modules/contrib/_commerce/modules/cart/commerce_cart.module).

Installation with the fresh installation is working but breaking after login “The website encoutered an unexpected error. Please try again later”. The code is from 8.4 Drupal version instead of 8.5, lack of documentation to install on an existing site, and with mistakes/or missing files (where is the “libraries” folder showed in the documentation? “activate the module”, well hello, there are about 25 of them). And of course, lack of support, or should I say “Anybody out there?”. I had another impression of Envato Market. I have to say this is a great disappointment. Is it possible to get a refund? Thanks

I've been trying to get support on the theme but it doesn't support the Drupal version other than that it comes packaged with. The version this theme use is quite old and has lots of security flaws which Drupal recommends not to use. I have contacted support multiple times but there is no response. I needed to provide a project for a financial organization which is very particular about security but they are not happy with the delay. I am requesting a refund on their behalf now.
