The template is great, but support isn't. Every time I need support they answer 3-4 days after, always saying sorry for the delay.

I was not able to install the theme properly. It looks totally different in the sales pages and when I installed it. When you write support, it takes days till you get a reply. The replies were not very helpful. At the end I just gave up on this theme and company.Not recommended...

Hello. On the homepage, can the image be replaced by a video? I’m referring to the first big image that appears when you open the demo. If so, can the video fully fill the whole screen, just like the image does?

The system only works with WPBakery editor which is extremely diffiuclt to use and to customize. The template is not very flexible for event layouts and the install jdid not work as described.
