Hi I tried uploading the Ugo theme onto my shopify account and it keeps saying ‘zip does not contain a valid theme’ missing template “layout/theme.liquid”

Hi, I lbuy the theme and I liked, but I have some issue with some installed app in shopify. I installed Infinite Product Options app , but is not working well. I try with similar app like Infinite Options by ShopPad and is the same issue. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I use the UGO theme but the blog side bar does not seem to be working. On all my blog is only the blog, but no side bar at all. Also no related articles or menu is on the side. What do I miss? Thanks for your help.

When adding a custom loge, the logo will show in mobile view on the wrong position (too low). It’s not adjusting in size and is now underneath the menu option which makes it hard to navigate in the mobile view.

Me aswell, if i move my mouse over the cart button, it will appear out on the screen (on the right side). Would you please tell me what to do to fix this? Without asking me details of my shop to enter. I’m willing to do it on my own with your kind information. I’m doing many tests, but i cant find the exact point on the css

Hi, i bought your theme few months ago and I totally love it. Me and my husband (developer) where having a look to the tags section in the collection page. We have been doing many tests in order to let user filter by colors, price, brand and/or mood. Following the documentation of the theme we couldn’t fix the problem that is: filters appear all empty. The only filter which is showing an option is the Shop by Color filter. It will only shows a color of the 1st alphabetical product of the inventory. Every color has an image with the png file on it and the file name is exactly like the tag name used in the product page (it seems to me that is case sensitive, so we did it with this thought in mind). Would you please explain us how exactly all filters must be set in order to be visible? Also, will the filter show all the options or only the option of the page you are in that moment? Let’s say your page collection page has 12 items with 2 colors, and the second page has other 12 items but with different colors. Will I be able to see them all right from the first page? Differently, it would be useless. Please let me know if we can find any further detailed documentation about collection page tags and filters (for privacy, we aren’t giving passwords of the shopify shop) Kind regards

Hello, I recently purchased the Ugo theme and imported it into my Shopify account. Using Shopify’s Blog function, I entered a blog post including various text and images, then saved it and switched ‘Hidden’ to ‘Visible.’ However, when I go to the front-end at https://checkoutthisdesign.myshopify.com/, only the preview image and blog post name appear. Clicking into it just takes me to another page with the same preview image and blog name, but it never takes me to the blog post contents. It seems to me the Ugo theme isn’t working with Shopify’s Blog functionality. Just to make sure the theme was the issue, I switched to Shopify’s basic Debut theme and my blog post works fine.
