Nice, customizable and simple designed theme - I like it! Easy to figure out when you first get the hang of it. Nice that you can use other builders than WP Bakery with the theme e.i. Page Builder. Could have been nice with documentation for the theme though.

It's a beautiful theme but the developer's support is the main reason I'm commenting. Asking questions and getting support has been amazingly effortless. Fast, helpful, and courteous support helped me get a site up and running literally overnight in preparation for a presentation the next day. I'm definitely going to be suggesting these themes for my future clients.

The design aesthetic was just what I was looking for in a theme. The versatility of layouts was a major plus, and allowed to get my site up and running quickly without looking half-baked. The designer has been excellent with response time and has always offered a solution quickly and efficiently. Where something wasn't possible or available, he was upfront and made it a priority for future releases (for me this was mailchimp integration with theme elements). All in all this is a great theme and I commend the designer for his work.

Product variants on Woocommerce dont show up, other themes work fine. I definitly need product variants otherwise its useless for me...

Last update stopped in March 2018, it has been going on for years with a beta version where integrated plugins such as Visual Composer and Slider Revolution cannot be updated.
Unprofessional and absolutely not to be bought.

Honestly this is my first time using wordpress and messing about with themes. I have never set up a site! Yet this theme is so easy to customize even for someone with zero experience! Plus its beautiful and works great!

Basix template doesnt have any updates, doesnt support Google Maps (but it is on feature list!), doesnt support WooCommerce v3.3+ templates, cannot set page template for woocommerce pages - cannot set sidebar position and header background... also its not that fast, I must used a preload plugin / image

Very good theme with an author behind it who gives fast supports and hears buyers requests. I recommend it since the theme is updated very often :-)

BIG UPS to Artivity and Ba$ix! I couldn't pick just one feature to link this rockin' 5 star review to, but just an amazing theme, easy import demos w images, smoooth parallax on mobile (always #priceless) great ease of design and elements AND the author n support (and the theme price #saywhaaaa) ROCKS! #winWIN with Basix!

I installed the basix theme but as soon as I import the demo data everything goes wrong. Tested with version 5 of WP and also with the most recent versions. Non-existent assistance

The quality for the theme is amazing, it looks very nice, it is very easy to use and the support is super quick. I’d recommend this theme to everyone.

Great theme, but very poor support. Few weeks ago I was able to click to some forum and I even got reply from author... but now I have no support at all. I wrote an email to author to solve my problem - I just need to hide views on my blog posts cause counting is not working - but there is no reply from support.
Can somebody help me please? many many thanks
