I submitted a support ticket on August 6th but still have no response. You have a problem with installing the instagram plugin and you are unable to import the pages. Can you answer ? otherwise I am forced to ask for a refund

Hello, recently i bought your theme with another account, the instagram footer is displaying “instagram has returned invalid data”.. until yesterday or couple of days was working fine.. i thought i did something wrong, but i checked your demo and displays the same error. Let me know if something is wrong, also if needed i can open a ticket support with my code no problem

This theme has been a pleasure to work with and so has customer support. The theme is very attractive and easily customized. I am particularly pleased with how well organized the theme is and clean. The Sparrow and Snow customer service was very responsive to my questions.

I bought this theme about a year ago and at first I liked the simple and clean design of the theme.But it’s more than apparent that developer abandoned this project since it’s not up to date to current standards and theme no longer works as was advertised.First, the Instagram Widget, that was showcasing your current posts in form of sleek full-width gallery at the bottom of the page, was discontinued about half year ago - but the developer didn’t react to it even though I emailed him about that.Second, it was not optimized in no way for Wordpress’s Gutenberg, which is now mandatory page builder of Wordpress (unless you replace it with some other commercial one).That means that it’s practically impossible to write a new post or create a Page and edit it because there are missing UI elements or problems with loading.Even though at first I thought I found finally a decent blog theme, it turns out that my investment of $59 was just flush down the drain because of absolute absence of any Customer Support or Update from the site of the developer.Avoid at all cost.

This is one of those themes that you buy, then end up not using because of its limitations. You can't even specify fonts. In addition, one of this theme's required plugins is not even available now.You should expect more for your money.

This is such a stunning theme! It's exactly what I was after, and I can customise this theme to the look I want my website to have. Customer support is extremely helpful, always replies overnight (I live on the other side of the world to them), and has been extremely supportive through all my stupid moments of "I don't know what I'm doing wrong but it ain't working" (I'm new to WP). Honestly, would recommend to anyone who is after the sort of look the live preview displays. It truly is that beautiful. Font are completely customisable, which is great since I didn't like the body font, and so far all of the plug-ins I have installed with it (about 20 at this stage) have worked flawlessly. I'm able to get the exact look and feel from this theme that I wanted. Highly recommend it, I'm extremely happy with the theme and the customer support.

I am really satisfied with the Tuulikki theme. Its design is fantastic, I got already a lot of great feedbacks from my readers, although I have changed theme a few weeks ago. It is easily customizeable to make it look exactly you want. If I had question to the customer service they replied to me quickly and provided me the help I needed. I can only recommend it!

Hello. On the homepage, is there a way to limit the top carousal of posts to a specific category? For example; if i select certain posts to be in the ‘homepage’ category, can those be the only ones to pull up in the carousal above? Right now, it seems that the posts in the body of the page are the same as the ones above and seems rather repetitious. Specifically, on the homepage. Thanks ahead of time for your reply.
