I need know what happened with your customers support request… all your answers is “contact support” .. but the problems of is resolved_? what is the solution to fix that_? where you have the documentation support and record to resolve problems by myself, I don’t like dependence of your team and wait hours to resolve or fix some problems… is only questions.. The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Can you put here fast solution? or do I have to wait days for the support to get back to me because of the time zone difference?

Theme is good, and support is better than theme :) I mean, even if you have some annoything thing, which is feature, and you do not want it - just contact them, ask and u get lightning fast answer, and problem is solved. Worth every penny!

TemplateMela support team is simply amazing, when I needed help the most they were they, and were able to solve my issue. They have saved me a few times, when I couldn't find where to change things. My homepage was jumble with code, and they really saved me and got it back. I would HIGHLY reccomend this developers themes.

The theme was so good. But it’s causing issue. Please update the theme. It’s not being updated for more than a year. Many woocommerce payment gateways are not supporting to the latest WooCommerce and few more glitches.
Please update the themes it always shows warnings “Your theme (Bigmall_layout2) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files”
