After fixing the wrong header on style.css, now I get this error:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the index.php file.
Theme installation failed.
Am I missing something, or doing something wrong? I can’t seem to be able to install this theme.

I have just purchased your theme. When I tried to install it on my brand new WP page it fails. This is the error I can.
“The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain a valid theme header.
Theme installation failed.”
Please help me fix this asap as I need to build this website fast!

i am unable to install appiyan theme in wordpress it is saying that style.css file is missing and theme installation failed then how to work on this theme and how i can edit this theme so i need an installable wordpress file are there any chances
